The Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16pf), is a Self-Report Personality Test developed over several decades of empirical research, starting with identification of 16 Personality Factors, by Raymond Cattell in 1949. It assesses 20 work-related Competencies across 16 Primary Factors, 5 Global Factors and 3 Response Style Indices.
The Personality and Preference Inventory (PAPI), is a Personality Test used for determining a person's Personality Traits in the workplace. Originally designed by Max Kostick in the early 1960s, PAPI assesses 18 work-related Competencies across 26 Scales (Personality Traits), spread over 7 Factors. A shorter version of PAPI called "Factors" is also available.
The Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP3), is a Psychometric Test which measures the Emotional Intelligence related aspects of Personality. Based on a Framework of attitude towards oneself (Self Regard) and attitude towards other people (Regard for Others), EIP3 is scored on 16 Scales of Emotional Intelligence.
The Caliper Profile, is a Personality Test that measures an individual’s personality characteristics in order to predict on-the-job behaviours and potential. Created in 1960 by Herbert M. Greenberg, Caliper assesses 56 work-related Competencies, 280 Behaviours and 56 Job Models, across 20 Personality Traits and 1 Abstract Reasoning Component.
​The Logiks Suite is a series of tests that accurately measures an individual’s Cognitive Ability - a widely accepted indicator of future job performance. These Tests are available as Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability and Abstract Ability Tests; or they can be deployed as a ​cumulative test available as General Ability Test.
The Dilemmas Series is a battery of Situational Judgment Tests (SJTs) that simulate challenging work situations to assess a candidate’s judgment and decision-making skills that play a crucial role in problem solving, working effectively with others, and delivering the best outcomes, thereby contributing to success in the role.
The Resilience Questionnaire (RQ), is an assessment designed to measure an individual’s capacity to adapt positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges and change in order to achieve peak performance at work. The questionnaire is based on a highly insightful model focused on eight core areas.
While a 360° Feedback Survey collects only observable data (by surveying supervisor, peers & subordinates); our 360° provides a far more holistic view by collecting data on potential as well. Incorporating a validated psychometric tool like Caliper, this throws up data on Adaptive Behaviours and Underutilised Potential over and above the gaps identified by the survey respondents.
