The Logiks Suite is a series of tests that accurately measures an individual’s Cognitive Ability - a widely accepted indicator of future job performance. These Tests are available as Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability and Abstract Ability Tests; or they can be deployed as a cumulative test available as General Ability Test.
Logiks Scores
Below are the 4 Areas on which Logiks is constructed (Abstract, Numerical, Verbal & General).
The Scores are reported as Percentiles, Sten Scores and Bands, with indicators on Speed and Accuracy as well.
