Synapse Assessments was founded by Srishti Prasad through strategic tie-ups with a number of international assessment service providers and consultants. A seasoned professional, an accomplished entrepreneur and a prolific coach, Srishti realised the need in the Indian Market for Strategic HR Services, particularly those which are built upon robust, scientifically validated frameworks and theories. Partnerships with organisations providing such tools (16pf, PAPI, Caliper, EIP3) ensued, which gave rise to their Indian arm of Strategic HR Consulting.
