Organisational Framework Design
Organisational Framework Design forms the first and most important part of any of the services that we offer. We believe that any robust, impactful and sustainable HR initiative must be built on a solid foundation of a scientifically validated framework; thereby paving the way for measurable and reliable results. Tools in our portfolio have their own competency libraries which have been built over decades of research and which contain all competencies that organisations seek in people in a business environment.

Assessment/Development Centres
Our Assessment/Development Centres can be deployed either for recruitment of new employees or for development of existing ones. The assessment parameters are drawn up based on the organisation’s competency framework, along with role specific competencies; which are then evaluated through a mix of case studies, role plays, in-basket exercises, situational judgement tests, personal interview etc. The Organisation can choose the level of involvement they need from us - ranging from "design and tools only" to "complete turnkey solution" with a customised report.

Succession Planning

Succession Planning for us, starts with identification of the critical roles which constitute the leadership of the organisation. Drawing on our pool of domain, functional and behavioural experts, these roles are first analysed, then mapped to validated frameworks with clear metrics for leaders' fitment into these roles. Our Succession Planning initiatives are carefully crafted towards building a robust pipeline of leaders to keep the organisation sustainable; while providing strong inputs for development of individuals.

Training & Development

In our experience, the most critical contributor to the success of a Training & Development project is accurate training needs analysis at the onset of the exercise. Since this methodology is typically deployed for a collective mass of people, our training needs analysis identifies themes that emerge in the development areas of individuals. The inputs we later provide on these themes, largely address the pain points of the organisation while also providing inputs at the individual level. Dipstick Surveys or 360 analyses are done before and after such initiatives, to measure the efficacy of the intervention.

Executive Coaching

Our Executive Coaches have certifications in their respective domain areas (eg: ICF certification), along with certifications in globally acclaimed tools and validated frameworks, necessary to build robust projects on (eg: Caliper Certification). Coaching assignments are built keeping clear end objectives in mind (expected behavioural changes); in consultation with the organisation's thought leaders for customisation to the organisation's context; and follow a before-after approach with mid course corrections and end course evaluations.

Recruitment Solutions

The Recruitment Services we offer range from "Campus Hiring" type of projects, which simply entail mass online assessments with individual and group analytics; to exhaustive Assessment Centres, with elaborate individual reports for all. We also provide industry certified and tool certified assessors to constitute the interview panel, for organisations who have their process in place and only require assessors to run the same. We have a number of off-the-shelf recruitment reports, for numerous Job Descriptions, which provide a "fitment score" benchmarked against the global general working population.
