The Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16pf), is a Self-Report Personality Test developed over several decades of empirical research, starting with identification of 16 Personality Factors, by Raymond Cattell in 1949. It assesses 20 work-related Competencies across 16 Primary Factors, 5 Global Factors and 3 Response Style Indices.
The Personality and Preference Inventory (PAPI), is a Personality Test used for determining a person's Personality Traits in the workplace. Originally designed by Max Kostick in the early 1960s, PAPI assesses 18 work-related Competencies across 26 Scales (Personality Traits), spread over 7 Factors. A shorter version of PAPI called "Factors" is also available.
The Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP3), is a Psychometric Test which measures the Emotional Intelligence related aspects of Personality. Based on a Framework of attitude towards oneself (Self Regard) and attitude towards other people (Regard for Others), EIP3 is scored on 16 Scales of Emotional Intelligence.
The Caliper Profile, is a Personality Test that measures an individual’s personality characteristics in order to predict on-the-job behaviours and potential. Created in 1960 by Herbert M. Greenberg, Caliper assesses 56 work-related Competencies, 280 Behaviours and 56 Job Models, across 20 Personality Traits and 1 Abstract Reasoning Component.
